Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico is an Australian rules Brownlow Medal star and a proud ambassador for The Alannah and Madeline Foundation. In his football career Dipper played 240 games for Hawthorn Football Club and was inducted into the AFL Hall of Fame in 2007.

To bring his Hop for Hope roo to life Dipper is partnering with local aboriginal artist Nathan ‘Iluka’ Patterson. Nathan is an Aboriginal Australian currently residing in Torquay. Born in Preston, Victoria, Nathan’s Mother is from Pine Creek in the Northern Territory, the Wagiman people are the Traditional Custodians of the Land. Nathan’s artworks are a combination of contemporary and traditional designs. Dipper has collected Nathan’s art for many years and it adorns the walls of his home.

Nathan is an Aboriginal Australian currently residing in Torquay. Born in Preston, Victoria, Nathan’s Mother is from Pine Creek in the Northern Territory, the Wagiman people are the Traditional Custodians of the Land. Nathan’s artworks are a combination of contemporary and traditional designs. He has a great passion for painting native wildlife and landscapes of Australia.
